Julian Chapman is a pioneer in the area of effective thinking in the workplace as well as an internationally-recognised expert in the fields of organisational effectiveness, leadership and accountability in a career spanning over three decades. His thoughts on these disciplines have been widely published in HR Reporter Magazine, CPA Bottom Line Newspaper and HR Professional magazine. Julian is also a master trainer in Effective Intelligence™ which he brings to organisations through keynote addresses or assisting individuals and teams in solving problems through effective thinking.

As President of Forrest and Company, Ltd. and a retired Brigadier-General in the Canadian Army, Julian has leveraged his experience to help countless organisations throughout North America define and improve their structure, operations and accountability management systems to help them realise their strategies.

In addition to his corporate contributions, Julian is a member of the Board of Directors of Wounded Warriors, a charitable foundation that provides programming for veterans, primarily those suffering from PTSD.  As well, he is the co-founder of a charitable foundation for the Canadian Rangers of Northern Ontario that primarily supports At-Risk Aboriginal Youth.
